Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "User," or "Customer") and Pamper Me Quick LLC, a New York limited liability company located at 393 Chauncey Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233 ("Pamper Me Quick," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the eGovBid AI service (the "Service").

By accessing, creating an account, starting a free trial, or paying for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. Description of the Service

eGovBid AI is a web-based software platform that uses artificial intelligence and publicly available government data to help small businesses, contractors, and procurement professionals research, analyze, and respond to U.S. federal, state, and local government contract opportunities.

The Service may include, without limitation, RFP analysis, opportunity matching, supplier identification, competitive intelligence, pricing analysis, proposal outlining, and conversational AI assistance.

We may modify, add to, or remove features of the Service at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance where reasonably possible.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share access with unauthorized users;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered on a single-user basis under the Pro plan. Multi-user access requires an Enterprise plan, which is available by contacting our sales team. Sharing a single-user account across multiple individuals is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trial

Pricing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The Pro plan is $199 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom and requires direct communication with our sales team. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax.

14-Day Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated.

Billing

If you subscribe, your payment method will be charged monthly on the same date you began your paid subscription, until you cancel. We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments. Your use of payment processing is also subject to the terms of those processors.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to re-charge your payment method or contact you to resolve the issue.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance written notice (by email to the address on your account). Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month of any plan. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us at info@ainetworkagency.com and we will issue a full refund of that month's charge.

After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, downgrades, or unused features.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@ainetworkagency.com or through your account settings (when available). Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle;
• You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period;
• No refund will be issued for the current billing period (except as provided under the 14-day money-back guarantee above).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
• Use the Service to generate misleading, false, or fraudulent content for submission to any government agency;
• Share your account, password, or access link with any third party;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, decompile, or otherwise extract source code, proprietary algorithms, or underlying data from the Service;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service;
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that infringes the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service;
• Use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

8. AI-Generated Output and No Guarantees

eGovBid AI uses artificial intelligence models (including large language models) to generate analysis, recommendations, and proposal drafts. AI-generated output is provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations, or outdated information;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI output before relying on it, especially before submitting any document to a government agency;
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI output;
• We do not guarantee that you will be awarded any government contract. Contract awards depend on many factors outside our control, including your proposal quality, your eligibility, certifications you hold, your pricing strategy, the level of competition, agency selection processes, evaluator preferences, and many other variables.

References to the founder's past contract experience, including delivered revenue figures, reflect individual contracting history through Selltova Inc. They are not a guarantee of customer outcomes.

9. Government Independence

eGovBid AI is an independent commercial service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with SAM.gov, NYC PASSPort, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), USASpending.gov, the New York State Department of State, the New York City Mayor's Office of Contract Services, NYC Health + Hospitals, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, or any other government agency or department.

We aggregate and analyze information that is publicly available through official government procurement portals. Our use of names and references to government agencies and data sources is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any official relationship.

10. Your Content and Data

"Your Content" means any data, documents (including uploaded RFPs), text, files, certifications, business information, or other materials you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant Pamper Me Quick LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and use Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from Your Content (without identifying you or your business) to improve the Service, train internal models, conduct analytics, and develop new features. We will not sell Your Content or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the Service (e.g., AI model providers, hosting providers) or as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, algorithms, code, designs, trademarks, logos, content (other than Your Content), and branding (including the "eGovBid AI" name and logo), are owned by Pamper Me Quick LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or license to our intellectual property other than the limited, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service relies on data and services from third parties, including but not limited to:

• AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic);
• Government data portals (e.g., SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, NYC PASSPort);
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe);
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAMPER ME QUICK LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, (C) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PAMPER ME QUICK LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, INCLUDING FAILED BIDS, REJECTED PROPOSALS, OR LOST AWARDS;
• ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pamper Me Quick LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to or generate using the Service, including any document you submit to a government agency.

16. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription as described in Section 6.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or to comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York. You and Pamper Me Quick LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim will be permanently barred.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
